Will my callers know it isn't a person?
Most don't, and we don't hide it — if a caller asks, it says so. It sounds human, it doesn't talk over anyone, and if you start speaking mid-sentence it stops and listens, the way a person would.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It doesn't guess. Every answer comes from what you typed into your dashboard — hours, parking, menu, policies — quoted back as written. Anything outside that, it takes the caller's details and flags the call for you, or transfers to your staff if you're open.
Does it really speak Spanish?
Natively, and it switches mid-call. A caller can open in English and change to Spanish halfway through; it follows without being asked.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward it to your Kurenai line — your carrier sets that up in a few minutes, and you can turn it off just as fast.
What do I have to set up?
Nothing to install, and no setup fee. We build your menu, hours, policies and answers from what you send us. Changes you make later go live in about five minutes.
What if a caller needs a real person?
